I have been an active promoter of and participant in Ontario’s community-owned renewable energy sector since 2006. I have previously served on the boards of both the Ontario Sustainable Energy Association and Citizens for Renewable Energy and Ontario's largest renewable energy co-operative, SolarShare. My professional career spans the public, private, and not for-profit sectors and I currently work as a civil servant in Toronto. My educational background includes an Honours Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Environment and Resource Studies from the University of Waterloo and a Masters of Science in Environmental Studies and Sustainability Science from Lund University in Sweden. I also love to travel, am a big fan of craft beer, and prefer to travel around Toronto by bike or on foot.
