The usage and maintenance of the facilities must be extremely foolproof and convenient. My questions, in order to improve it, are: Have you considered a first small village as an example for the first months in order to have information on the social problems and juridical problems of the implementation of your project? Have you taking into consideration ignorance and laziness as factos for implementing the project? (people reject these projects just because the think about the possibility of incrementing illness when such a project might create benefits for them by saving money or they are not interesting in changing the cutting of trees vis a vis biodigestors because it is too complicated for them to understand the benefits).
