Renée is a sustainable development polymath with more than thirty five years of progressive experience in  various areas of the land and construction supply/value chains, led by a genuine passion for helping change the built environment and recognized for her stewardship. Some of her achievements include: 

1. Managing various aspects and advising on Major Capital/Legacy projects 
2. Co-establishing the National Zero Waste Council's governance, as appointed Director;
3. Co-founding the Construction Resource Initiatives Council and co-creating "MISSION 2030" 
4. Winning the MIT Climate Colab Popular Choice Award of the 2013 Waste Management Contest;
5. Being a finalist for the CTV 2013 Amazing Personality of the Year;
6. Serving the Canada Green Building Council as Director of Construction and Manufacturing
7. Serving as Ottawa Regional Society of Architects' Chief Supporter and Co-Chairing its Centennial 
8. Establishing and leading RG Integration and Associates as a go to specialty consultancy and agency
9. Establishing RG Integration as a quantity surveying
10. Teaching, coaching and mentoring students and professionals alike
