Why Climate Colab change the date ?

Why do Climate Colab change the date to 09/24/14 EDT . I want to warn people , governments as soon as possible , and you make it as late as possible ? Why ?

Do you you I need to fix Global Serious Errors of Design , Environmental , Green Standard of the World from the laws , standard system to all the societies we build . Why did you change the date ?

Before last night, the phases reflected an old schedule that was established before the contests were launched in March. The site was corrected last night to reflect the new updated schedule.
