Great to see another proposal of yours!
As your idea advocates a specific climate change solution (as opposed to a contest we could run), we're going to transfer it to the Proposal Workspace (https://www.climatecolab.org/web/guest/plans/-/plans/contestId/1300103), where it can be seen by others who are looking at climate change solutions. You'll be able to transfer it to a relevant contest when they are launched in early 2014.

This proposal is very interesting. (albeit brief thus far).
My proposal is in line with the same goal. https://www.climatecolab.org/web/guest/plans/-/plans/contestId/1301412/planId/1305704 To build a product that is designed to outlast and our perform all the concrete we build our freeways and bridges and buildings out of currently. If more folks were looking at the long game, rather than simply short term profits, our world would undoubtedly be a better place.
Keep working on this one, it's a great idea.
