Chopstick Glue Jul 6, 2016 08:47 ![]() | Dear Gustavo, the project looks great. Would it be interesting for sugarcane producers in northeastern Brazil? As you must know this is one of the most deforested areas of Atlantic forest in Brazil. Most of the forest remnants are owned by sugarcane industries which have lost competitiveness to other regions.cheers,Pedro |

Edward Davey Jul 28, 2016 11:25 ![]() | I think this looks very encouraging and promising -- and I like the fact that the business plan intends to go to scale in the future. My hope would be that the forests to be grown would be managed as sustainably as possible, with significant quotients left intact -- as, from a climate perspective, it is the intact and fully recovered/recovering forest which really generates the most substantial carbon storage and sequestration gains over time. Best of luck!! |
