Greener Smarter Cities, Infrastructure by 2030/2050 to Lower Climate C Levels by 100%REGreenCoolingUS

Most climate literature to now focuses on 1. reducing fossil fuel C emissions and 2. building renewable energy infrastructure and other infrastructure for more efficiency, smarter and greener cities and infrastrucure.  \

But another extremely important component of this equation is earth's abilityto absorb climate carbon, either nature's forests etc to absorb climate carbon to convert to living carbon or human inventions to harvest rogue carbons and convert to usable, nondestructive forms of innovations.   Humans need to absorb carbon from our climate to lower carbon levels in our climate/atmosphere to lower both levels and concentrations to lower chaotic molecular movements that cause heating......3. absorption of climate carbon of fossil fuels such as CO2 and CxyzLog#$(#%^#(%*P() into less hazardous forms....especially absorption and conversion of of artificial climate carbons into real living carbons with photosynthesis, living carbons such as wood and leaves and rich, organic topsoil that convert rogue and destructive climate carbons into helpful and productivve, absorptive living carbons (as wood, leaves, topsoil) instead..

Humans need to also focus on absorbing climate carbons to restore whole earth and microsystem abilities to funciton as living systems and balance private/public/lifeweb budgets and flows/balancing/homeostasis of whole earth sytsems such as climate, oceans, watersheds/airsheds to keep earth livable.

Humans need to add 3) absorption of climate carbons as CO2 and CxyzLog$#%#O%*(&$_# to our calculations, both scientific and econimic, climate carbon a financial liability and living carbon/inventins for conversion a fannacieal asset for US/humans.....absorption of climate carbon of fossil fuels such as CO2 and CxyzLog#$(#%^#(%*P() into less hazardous forms....especially absorption and conversion of of artificial climate carbons into real living carbons with photosynthesis, living carbons such as wood and leaves and rich, organic topsoil that convert rogue and destructive climate carbons into helpful and productivve, absorptive living carbons (as wood, leaves, topsoil) instead.....converting a deadly financial liability causing catastrophic "global warming" heating baking drowning at exponsntial rates of increase.....into a very positive and productive financial asset of photosynthetic conversion of dangerous and deadly climate carbons into helpful and uplifting living carbons to help earth to heal exponentially....

:Living carbons and living systems, cell or self or ecosystem or nation or globe filter the critical flows and cycles of by for life on earth to cleanse the flows and process critcial flows for specific species to satisfy basic critical needs, wants, desires dreams enough to lift life up to light, to grow peace and prosperity instead.   Living systems efficiently convert climate carbons and other rogue particulates and molecules into smaller units such as O2 and H2O and wood and leaves to produce miracles of life, often far beyond the obvious.

Most humans in most human cities just assume that air o2 water h2o and food will always drop into their house whenever they want or need it.  But the fact is, that human industrialization and our cash-driven era of the last 150 years, the last 40 years have crushed and destroyed nature's ability to satisfy basic critical needs of living systems so much that fossil fuel emissions have actually caused chaotic disruptions of entire earth systems such as climate and ocean and agricultural productivity and ability of entire forests and watersheds to survive...while also disrupting the ability of microscopic living cells and systems to survive, to produce health and satisfying consumption  in toxic soups we have manufactured for more than 150 years, more than 40 years.
