 Laurie Ashley May 5, 2016 10:19 | Thank you for this thorough proposal. One challenge I've seen with drip irrigation is that the extra cost (over gravity fed) can be prohibitive for poor farmers. It will be interesting to know, if possible, how legal rules on this subject would help for making this device. As you probably know already, certain devices related to this subject has been made. However, one of the main problems are the basic materials. Some constructor have opted for "natural" elements due to economic constraints, impot taxes for materials from developed countries, etc. Considering the special conditions of Nepal, moreover, would be interesting to know the possible econocmic helo by legal rules of the government on this matter as well the security of these devices.Cheers. |
