Additionally it is planned to include a system dynamics focused management school similar, and to offer system dynamics education to make manager, politicians, and general public knowledgable about the system positive change of green tech use (over time). The local university libraries have already material proposed, and sponsored by myself since 2009.

Enrique,
Many thanks for your note. Please feel free to contact me. I am conceptualizing this project under the experience of working in different work environments such as BMW (especially in Plant Leipzig, where they now produce the i3 & i8, their first full-electric models), and with different cultures, especially the Finnish entrepreneurial culture which I had the honor to get invited in 2008.
I see the the long-term vision under a system dynamics view, as many parts that deal with the climate change challenge are interconnected, though not in direct time/space related cause-effect, and have rather long lead-times.
Shrinking the learning cycle-times for collective community, and cultural advancement in connection with new technologies, and behaviors in order to tackle smoothly the approaching challenges ahead is my intend.
Kind regards, Ralf

Proposal only includes one sub-proposal, by the same author. It thus does not meet the contest prompt which requested that authors create an integrated vision that combined multiple ideas from other contests.

Dear ClimatCoLab-Judges,
thanks a lot for your feedback. It only made clear that it is more than just a single challenge to bind all activities, and multiple ideas from other contests.
It is great to see the competitions staying online at your platform (which is seldom the case over here in Germany).
Looking forward to participating in coming years, as I think (and supporters also commenting here share the view) this approach has a lasting impact on climate change.

I also pitched about the idea of creating a technologie accelerator at German Railway (as part of their action to sell the property) in May 2014.
