I am a mechanical engineer with a master degree in mechanical engineering from University of Maine. I have been married for 42 years, have five children. I am from Medellin, Colombia and currently work as an advisor for INDISA S.A. (www.indisa.com) in the field of designing and consulting on energy, environment and process engineering. I have written several books on creativity and energy. I have been involved in environmental work and research since 1976, first as a professor at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana (at Medellin), then as a Director of Research and Development for Nubiola Colombia Pigmentos S.A., a chemical company and finally in INDISA, the engineering company for which I work. I have had a lot of involvement, together with my wife, with a group of small communities, EAS, which base their work on the practice of sharing and friendship. I like poetry and am the administrator of a Facebook group dedicated to sharing short poetic writings and poetry (https://www.facebook.com/groups/11007214065/)
