Mary James is a science writer and the editor and publisher at Low Carbon Productions. She is the author of numerous Passive House books, including the forthcoming Passive House in Different Climates, which she coauthored with James Bill and which will be published by Routledge. Her other books include Passive House Northwest 2016, Recreating the American Home: The Passive House Approach, American Passive House Developments: Multifamily, Multi-Use, and Retrofit Buildings, and the forthcoming Passive House Accelerates. For 10 years she was the editor and publisher of Home Energy magazine, which covers building science topics.
