I'm impressed by the thoughtfulness captured here and the credibility of the experts involved. I hesitate to advance to the next round because the creation of an entirely new organization is a tremendous amount of work, and it is very difficult to fundraise for a concept that may exist in similar forms within other organizations. In order to succeed in building the scale of partnerships that would be needed in order for the CARD concept to be realized, it would require more staff and marketing budget that is captured here in the initial concept. I can imagine creating a powerful clearinghouse of the most effective solutions, but distributing those solutions effectively to stakeholders who have the power and influence to institutionalize those solutions would be extremely difficult.
