Judges'' comments
The Judges found this proposal interesting and with good potential for increasing the agriculture livelihoods resilience against climate related disasters and stressors. However, they also felt it did not fit well into the "Anticipate" pillar of climate resilience as it does not focus on early warning systems and would better match the "Reshape" Pillar contest envisaged for 2017/18. It should be reworked to improve the presentation and be resubmitted as it relies on approaches already implemented in the region.
