1. Elaborate on the project's the audience (e.g. target countries/locations) and market capture. Include more information on the demand for and promotion/marketing of the project: NOT ADDRESSED IN REVISED PROPOSAL.
2. Align the budget and costs with the specific target country/countries and number of locations: NOT ADDRESSED IN REVISED PROPOSAL.
3. Describe how the project can succeed if it does not receive a second round of funding: "The MCC team will use grant funds from Climate CoLab to design, implement, train, consult and manage this climate literacy project for six months. After the CoLab funds are used, MCC will crowdfund and apply for more grants to maintain and continue the Open Web Library and literacy campaigns. MCC will keep this project operational as long as possible."
