Judge 1:
Unfortunately this sounds like a pitch for your company which is not the premise of this contest. Communicating science and engineering in a public-friendly way is in real need, but how about developing modules on different topics that can be used in K-12 classrooms to attract children before they are turned off by technology?
There are any number of shows like "Mythbusters" that address science fallacies. Perhaps we don't need just one more show unless it targets a new audience; offers a new method of teaching; offers new content; or appears on a new platform. Can you expand your proposal to address how what you are proposing is different from what already exists?
Judge 2:
I love the idea of more media around this issue, but it seems like an openly competed media contract might bring in more players and more ideas? How do we know this team of professionals is the best one out there?
