I am a student at Technical University of Kenya pursuing International Relations and Diplomacy, with key interest in peaceful mediation of conflicts. I also do have interest in security studies and foreign policies. Currently, am doing research topics on various conflicts in different regions, for example civil wars in Africa and the rise of Islamic Terrorism in the middle east. It has also come to my attention that desertification in the African Continent especially the expansion of the Sahara Desert, has increased conflicts due to scarcity of water and grazing grounds among the pastoralists. This has aroused my interest on finding out ways of curbing environmental insecurity.
