I am a group leader with Citizens Climate Lobby, creating the political will for climate solutions by enabling individual breakthroughs in the exercise of personal and political power. We are championing the Carbon Fee and Dividend proposal.

I previously was active with the US Green Building Council, forming the New Hampshire Chapter and becoming one of very few commercial Realtors, accredited as Leed Professionals.

My daytime job is a commercial property advisor.
