George Gitschel has over 30 years of experience in waste management, recycling and conversion technologies. His primary responsibilities include strategic planning, executive management, business development, project development, strategic partnership relations, investor relations, public relations, systems design and government relations. He is the former CEO of Rose Waste Systems, a leading MSW equipment, design, systems integration and supply company. George is the inventor of the MaxDiverterTM separation process, and is the inventor of five issued or allowed patents and 14 patents pending on the MaxDiverterTM system and related technologies. He has twenty pending PCT nationalization patent applications pending. He has invested over 20 years in developing OEC’s system and vision.
