Raised on the North Coast of California, lives in Northern California. Started working in mid teens on a commercial fishing boat, then with my brother and 2 others started a logging company in my very early 20's. Went into construction, practicing all phases of construction from laying out forms to framing, plumbing, electrical, roofing. Pile-driver, local 34, in the San Francisco Bay area. High rise construction, S.F. sewer outfall, etc.

White collar includes owning several Ca. State Licensed care homes for the mentally ill. Co-founder and first vice-president of the North Coast Care Homes Administrators Association, a pilot project in and for the State of California, and a published author.

Now semi-retired, pursing interests, writing, organic farming, and hopefully, travel.
