A climate change lawyer experienced in analyzing and formulating national and sub-national policies in developing countries with the aim of mainstreaming climate change into sectoral policies and legislations. Holds a Masters (LL.M) in Climate Change Law and Policy and has strong knowledge and understanding of the UNFCCC negotiation process, Paris Agreement (PA) and design and implementation of national and sub-national climate policies. Lydia is also researcher and author focusing on legal responses to climate change and the 2015 winner of the Colin Donald Environmental Law Award.
