Jess Reilly's research combines multi-criteria decision analysis with geographic information systems to understand and guide decision-making for renewable energy zoning and climate change adaptation. As a PhD student at the Energy and Resources Group at the University of California - Berkeley, and a current Fulbright fellow, she will study coastal vulnerability and resilience to sea level rise in Mexico. Her research utilizes general media, interviews, and geoportal tools to better communicate climate adaptation strategies to communities and policymakers. In addition, Ms. Reilly works with the International Energy Studies Group at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab to develop a clean energy corridor in Eastern and Southern Africa.
