Henry Jackson is a generalist city planner with over 30 years professional experience. His current specialty is sustainable planning, its best practices, and energy conservation. He is the past strategic planning manager for Lexington, Ky and was the first Commissioner of Heritage and Urban Design for the City of St Louis. He has experience in nearly all phases of city planning, historic preservation, and extensive design-build experience. He has a bachelor’s degree in planning from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from the University of Colorado.
