Brajesh Dubey has his bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Hons) and PhD in Environmental Engineering Sciences. He is Assistant Professor and Graduate Faculty at the School of Engineering, University of Guelph. Dr. Dubey has more than a decade of research experience in the area of Environmental Engineering Sciences and has also worked as a Consulting Environmental Engineer for 4 years. His research interest include Integrated Solid and Hazardous Waste Management, Ground Water and Surface Water Quality issues associated with environmental contaminants including those from waste disposal sites. He also works in the area of environmental risk and exposure assessment: fate, transport and biological availability of emerging contaminants in different environmental Systems and water quality and sanitation issues of developing countries and Small Islands. His present research focus has been on environmental issues related to nanotechnology in addition to solid waste management issues. Dr. Dubey has authored/co-authored more than 125 publications in his area of expertise and have presented at several national and international conferences including assisting as a technical expert for United Nations and World Bank.
