Now I live in tyumen city, Russia. I am a lawyer and an inventor. I invented two projects: Intellectual System (IS) and Intellectual Property Exchange (IPE)created by me in 2009, 2009 ©. They both are unique and unusual innovations. Now I try to improve and realize my innovations because I seek partners with whom I could improve and realize IS and IPE in different countries. USA, Canada, German, France, United Kingdom, Holland, Switzerland, Austria, Australia, Sweden, Spain and some others are comfortable for realizing my innovations. Unfortunately, the projects IS and IPE cannot be realized in Russia now! Maybe later.

Hi, James! I said ealier that it is time to start Economics of INTELLECT, in my opinion. I suppose that my innovations help to build it. The destination of the Intellect System and the Intellectual Property Exchange is to create comfortable conditions for scientists, students, specialists and other people to promote and realize the results of their intellectual activities or intellectual property. Moreover, IS and IPE will make all these people richest and famous. Therefore, they will be able to consentrate on intellectual work more than it is now. Furthermore, my projects are based on unique and unusual principles and methods which head the inflow of intellectual activities in according with environmental requirements and the balance between nature and human activities. Also IS and IPE create a special atmosphere of competition that in its turn impels people make better and better intellectual property. All the foregoing gradually will make new kinds of economic relations. In this way more and more intellectual property appropriate to ecological conditions wil step by step emerge in the world!
