I am posting this to ask what steps I need to take, to acquire assistance. The assistance I am requesting is for a collaborative research opportunity in "the illumination of ice crystals in a vacuum chamber by infrared radiation" (for a research partner and me) as described in the 3 minute summarizing video of my finalist energy supply proposal (please see link below).
