If you would like to be part of implementing an idea that is or would be at home on the Climate CoLab, funds are now available in South Australia's Low Carbon Entrepreneur prize.
Implementation funding is available in the categories of Transportation, Energy, Waste Management, and Livability. A total AUD$250,000 is available for implementation in Adelaide, as part of their efforts to become the world's first carbon neutral city. This is a global search; any winners not from South Australia will be flown in and have local lodging to supplement their prize. Startups do not need to be incorporated yet, but it's also fine if they are.
Entries opened very recently (announced today) and close at 5pm, Monday 30 May 2016, Australian Central Standard Time. See details at http://adelaidetozero.yoursay.sa.gov.au.
Feel free to use the comments below in this thread and/or look around at proposals on the CoLab to find collaborators if you'd like to find some interesting ideas and/or participate with others!
