It should be taken for granted that the globe is one big eco-system. Corporations who send their manufacturing into countries with lower emissions and waste tolerance than the USA should still have to adhere to the controls we have here in the USA. They seem to think they are not polluting in their own back yard, but that is exactly what they are doing. The entire earth is their back ground.
