What if genetically engineered, photosynthesizing Amoebas could be released into the atmosphere - absorbing sunlight and turning Carbon Dioxide into Oxygen. The idea is that when global temperatures are too low then Methane could be released to maintain an ideal temperature and eventually the Amoebas would run out of Carbon Dioxide and die. Any thoughts?
