Just in case of an emergency situation due to climate change such an increase of hurricane intensities, drought, famine etc we need to design new methods of limited control on solar intensities reaching the earth. Mirages operate in nature in outer space and can offer a non-solid medium that can converge or diverge solar rays on earth. The design can also be useful for local weather control for cloud formation and enhancing rainfall to help reduce water shortages and increase agricultural productivity in drought areas in arid regions and reduce poverty eventually. Thanks
