The proposal is well written and clear, but the idea to promote integrated watershed management isn't new. Where is the innovative part? Also, how does the project intend to generate buy-in from stakeholders to participate? Adding a management forum that incorporates different land users and decision-makers could be interesting.
The projected costs exclude costs of physical restoration and protection materials. How does the project team intend on securing these costs? Can the community mobilise these on their own following the training provided by the intervention? While those who will take the actions are clearly identified, it is less clear who the anticipated target group will be. Who will attend the workshops and how will you identify community members to participate in the project?
