Summary
This proposal will address the reduction of fossil fuel emmisions, beginning with cleaner combustion with alcohol fuel types to start. Ending with the addition or replacement of an electric motor to reduce combustion to a minimum of whenever electric power is unavailable. Financing of electric motors and different size batteries could also be financed by small/medium businesses participating in the first rush. XD!
