You intend to target the junior ones in e.g. secondary schools; this is considered appropriate since these people will eventually become our future leaders. Once we are able to positively influence their attitudes now as teenagers, we might be able to reap some benefits for the climate in terms of mitigation potentials. However, it seems that the team has other priorities, and we will not be able to complete the proposal for the coming September 10th deadline.
