Waste, A source of Resource - Learn to Empower by Team WAR
Bryan Boots Sep 10, 2017 10:12 ![]() | Thanks for submitting a proposal, Sadia! You've most definitely identified a big problem in Bangladesh, and one that many other countries face as well. You've done a good job of describing and framing the problem and the effects it's having on the environment, the economy, the community, etc. As you move forward, I would encourage you to more specifically detail the solution to this problem. You've done so to a small extent in describing the workshops you've held, but I'd be interested in seeing more specifics as to how your proposal would help to address the problem. The more clear and concise you can be in articulating the solution to the problem, the more likely you'll be to meet with success from funding organizations, and the more likely you'll be to convince other people to join your cause and help you make it a reality. Keep up the good work! Bryan |
Olawale Olaniyan Sep 16, 2017 08:28 ![]() | Dear Team WAR, I equally join Bryan that you try to buttress your problem statement in case your proposal proceeds to the next round. You may wish to quantify a statement like this: "We realized that Bangladesh has waste management awareness but the awareness is built within people of higher class but the exposure of waste is within the people of low wage earning." as extracted from your proposal. Also, I will like to suggest making your pitch more concise and specific. It seems to be a mix up of many objectives! Best wishes, Olawale |
