Getting information to users is vital in adaptation. This project proposes the establishment of a call centre to allow farmers without direct access to internet-enabled technology to access various forms of information normally distributed via the internet. The project could well be feasible as it seems primarily an extension of an existing government initiative and includes a Ministry of Agriculture staff member as a co-author, but this point is not explicitly made. How this project is different from existing Nepalese government initiatives is not addressed. Not all of the key benefits are clear results from the proposed work, nor does it explain the source of data that will be shared, the interest of the user group, the ability of the user group to apply the information they are given, or details on who will staff this call center to act as a suitable translator.
