Your proposal contains all Important strategies and activities for promoting community adaptation.

The proposal is well detailed participatory assessment, gender integration, building local capacities, etc. It's especially nice to see it linked to SDG Goal. 

While the activities that you have proposed are Important, the proposal lacks novelty and Innovation. Please note that one of the objectives of this contest is to encourage Innovation. You may want to have a relook at your proposal and try to bring out some Innovative approaches of promoting community adaptation.
