ClimateRe concept: Enhancing climate resilience of small-holder farmers by ClimateRe

if i were to vote i will chose  for this  ClimateRe concept certainly i am a rice consumer. A the years past by rice production is slowly going down for many factors... but through my evaluation there is something lacking that the rice industry,from research,cultivation,harvest might have  missed......DISRUPTIVE SOLUTIONS!

For my focal point of view Disruptive Solutions is equivalent to millions of avenues that leads to billions of ideas.

Improving insurance assumes the harm is already done.

Much better to prevent harm from happening.

An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure !
