Judges'' comments
While the Judges felt that delivering internet to remote communities in Colombia was an admirable goal, they also wished the proposal more clearly addressed how this would help these regions better anticipate and respond to climate hazards. While internet access is assuredly pertinent infrastructure, they would have liked to see more detail no how internet access could enable adaptive responses. Additionally, they wondered if internet access was the greatest constraint to reducing climate vulnerabilities in this region, or if there may be other greater constraints.
