The Judges felt this was an interesting conceptual description of the challenges and needs for improved urban planning. However, they also found the proposal to be too theoretical, and in need of more practical info and contextual work to become a solution that could be applied in practice. The Judges felt the proposal would have benefits from great elaboration on practical applicability of such of proposal.
