I think you address a really interesting issue and you explain well what an Eco-City is, what its benefits are, and what are the main fields of action to build these cities. In order to make your proposal stronger, I'd suggest you to propose a more specific project about a development of one specific eco-city for example, or tackle one specific aspect of an eco-city to work on or develop into a concrete project. Similar to Alexandra, did you have a particular city in mind to target as your pilot or is there a city that you think has achieved the status as an ecocity already that you would add to?
