Ideally, the proposal would have described in further detail how implementation of this project would affect emissions from the MIT community specifically, and how pilot implementation at MIT would affect the solution's overall effectiveness.
The impact on MIT's emissions is unclear. The high estimated impact of the project needed further justified with additional research or citations; namely, it does not appear that the indirect greenhouse gas emissions of EVs was taken into account.
