Zero Budget Save Electricity Project by Praksh Sukdev Kolhe

Hi,

Hi,I would like to know how do you get this proposal, you say that this project don't have any cost, but what about the capacity building in all the sectors included in this proposal? Three years ago we start to work with the public governors buildings of the city related to the sustainable development and for me was a great idea, we can save electricity, water and paper; but we had to work almost 6 months with the ecological awareness of the employers of each building.
