MIT university can invest in technology that provides universal resources.

Universal Resources: Water, Greenhouses, and Economical Textiles.

MIT is renowned for it's technology, and leading innovation. Incorporating production of universal resources by means of advanced technology

MIT can invest and infuse the Water Billboard with the Greenhouse Agricultural discipline.

These technologies will then be experianced by the student body to innovate the understanding of potential architecture.

What actions do you propose?

By creating the most up to date model, MIT will have mitigation solutions.

By combing greenhouses with air condensed water producers, MIT will lead in sustainable technology. MIT should also consider using hemp textiles as production. By integrating these three properties, MIT can create the most versatile, eco friendly, and sustainable housing unit.

MIT university should develop an single architectural system that will be a model for future housing. This housing model should harness energy, create water, use economical textile, have a greenhouse garden, all in one unit.

With 7.3 million Americans struggling with housing, houses need to be built to house these people. By developing this new model of housing, we will be meeting the requirements for climate solution.
