The idea is clever. The concept needs more of a vision for size of the microbot, wall cavity barriers, vertical climbing, etc. This application is recommended for the next round.
Extremely intriguing proposal seeking to tackle a real and existing challenge; however the proposal is devoid of critical details that leave it's feasibility in question. For example, what will these microbots look like, even conceptually? Can they be manufactured and deployed cheaply and easily? I am not convinced the ROI exists, given the costs of insulating. I do not recommend advancing this proposal.
