The application of zeolites for carbon netural (?) heating sounds very interesting. Have you consider the potential application and size of this heating system - is for domestic use? Was there any research at all conducted in this area or have any prototypes been built?

Since research and papers around the topic are quite old, have you considered what were the main obstacles for taking this solution further and how to potentially tackle those obstacles?

It is a very interesting concept.

Hello,

This sounds interesting proposal. I have read about zeolites being quite stable material and has proven quite a success in water treatment, acting as catalyst. Now this proposal plans to exploit the potential to retain heat and use for heating water.

Have you been able to do validation of the costs of proposal. Also do study the drinking water filtration technology. I have observed the large corporation have been able to tremendously bring down the cost of this portable system for homes. You may want to understand their approach to research and pick elements from there.

All the best!

Regards,

Vishal

Thanks Vishalbhavsar for your support and queries. i propose to use zeolite as potential heat storage systems which can be used to heat up water. I also heard about the capability of zeolites in water treatment but here it zeolite doesn't come in direct contact with water for heating up water in the water heater. Regarding the cost, zeolite is quite cheap but research development and making a prototype will take around $5000-$10000. The savings it can bring when the product is developed will be huge.

@pgraczy

Thanks for your feedback. The potential application of the heating system can be both domestic and industrial. Regarding research I have conducted some research into zeolites as a heat storage in my final year of mechanical Engineering projects, I don't have a prototype.

I will add more recent research papers and articles to the proposal, if you find the concept interesting I would appreciate your support for the proposal.

research and papers around the topic are necessary if you are working in the field. https://bestsportsguides.com/play-and-practice-tennis-alone/
