Would there be a new contest submission deadline, just in case some of us wouldn't have fully completed?

The challenges include the majority of the public don't read the rules, hence, some support at the voting stage instead of voting. Another major challenge is where the site of proposed projects use other considerations when deciding to vote. What are your comments on these two key issues? |
