Dear contributor, interesting idea. However, coordination of governmental and bussines is not easy on subjects related to energy in any country. Do you know any succesful contribution on Chile? Further, would you be so kind to give any other view on the benefits of the project? Finally, be aware that certain parts of the presentation were not finished and references were not included. Hi! Many thanks for your comment! Regarding the interaction between private and public organization, in Chile there is a special organization devoted to it, that is called CORFO (Corporación de Fomento) that is very prestigious and has a lot of influence in the private sector in the country. Also, there is another project of the kind that is being developed by the Chilean government as a NAMA to be presented to the UNFCCC, that is the NAMA to promote the self-generation of electricity (http://www.4echile.cl/netbilling/) that is developed by the government with the private sector as main implementation actor.
