Although the author has a masters in environmental studies this paradigm fits well with how environmental psychologists think about environmental behavior. The proposal could be improved by better linking to this literature. While the conceptualization is good, the problem of implementation is huge. This proposal seems a bit underdeveloped and incomplete. A number of familiar and important barriers to public engagement with global warming are mentioned and some "projects" are alluded to, but the proposal seems to provide little to no details about what is planned and how the actions will address the Climate CoLab goals.
