Coastal News sounds like a great resource! We really like the idea of publishing articles in multiple languages and having more local/regional stories. The fact that the newsletter has an engineering focus might limit readership or interest. Resilience includes natural ecosystems and social/community structures as well as engineered solutions. We would have liked more details on how the contestants propose to find international correspondents and how to make local editions. Additionally, the ideas you propose in your "other key benefits" section are very intriguing, it would be great to get more information on how that might work.
