There are several very good concepts presented here, but the proposal needs more specific examples of what might be done. For example, Participatory Scenario Planning sounds like a great idea, but there isn't any information in the proposal about how to implement the idea. This proposal could be greatly improved by focusing on one or two of the ideas presented, identifying specific goals, and outlining detailed plans for achieving those goals.
