Collabotarive Local Actions for Climatechange Education - CLACE by anilpai

We liked the potential of this project to make a difference along a developing coastline which may lack many of the tools we have here in the U.S. In general though the proposal needs much more specificity and detail. For instance, this proposal would be much stronger with more information on how you would reach the local volunteers and secure their commitment; this is a critical part of communication with local communities and it needs more development here. More information on "relevant centers of knowledge dissipation", and a clear description of the tools and technologies to be used would also be helpful.
